I joined ArborGen in September 2024, bringing over five years of experience in procurement forestry with International Paper and Interfor. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on increasing levels of responsibility, developing a strong expertise in timber acquisition, supply chain logistics, and strategic resource management.

As a Procurement Forester, I was responsible for evaluating and pricing timber tracts, coordinating deliveries to mills, and overseeing inventory management to maintain a seamless supply chain. I worked closely with mill teams to establish and achieve log size targets, optimizing the product mix for maximum efficiency and profitability. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the forestry industry’s operational and economic dynamics, allowing me to make informed, data-driven decisions that benefit both landowners and manufacturing partners.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Georgia, where I built a strong foundation in forest management, timber harvesting, and sustainable resource utilization. My commitment to best practices and industry excellence is reflected in my professional accreditations as a Georgia Master Timber Harvester and an Alabama Professional Logging Manager.
