Congratulations to new ArborGen Blenheim Nursery Manager Mike Arnette! He takes over the position as manager Gary Nelson retires.
Mike graduated from Clemson University with a forestry degree and began work shortly after in 1998 for International Paper as the Blenheim production coordinator. He stayed in the position when ArborGen acquired the nursery in 2007. In all, Mike has more than 26 years as a production coordinator growing hardwoods and pine and has moved into the position with a wealth of experience. He looks forward to providing the best seedling product in the forestry industry to ArborGen customers.
Mike grew up in Lake View, S.C., growing tobacco, corn, and soybeans. Please stop by the nursery and congratulate Mike on his new position!
